More expensive than an all you can eat place, but so worth it, the food is of much higher quality than any buffet, and the customer service is amazing. The chefs and hostesses are so polite and friendly but not so that it interrupts your stay.
It was nice to try Nagano but as soon as you enter all I could smell was sewage from the bathrooms. Yuck!
I found the sushi good but not as flavorfull as Sakura or Sushi Feast. Delicious miso soup and salad :)
I have to agree it's the best Sushi in the area for freshness and flavour. The portions are not huge but not stingy either. They have resisted the "All you can eat" trend, which may be why their Sushi is top notch. I find somehow the fish just has a richer flavour here than in other places. We come here often and love it!
My husband and I are huge sushi lovers and we've tried so many places in the K-W area. Nagano has become our "go-to" place. The food is always fresh, always fast, and the presentation is great (which I think is really important with sushi).
We've eaten at the restaurant several times, had it delivered a few times and picked-up MANY times.
We have NEVER been disappointed with our meal.
Highly recommended!
Our monthly supper group feels that they were treated like royalty! The service was very good but the food and its presentation was spectacular. For two of our group of six it brought back very fond memories of a trip to Japan many years ago.
