Service was poor as they couldn't accomadate us...

Service was poor as they couldn't accomadate us until 8.30 for the size of our party. Waited over an hour for our food. Getting a second drink was just about impossible. As for the prices, forget it. A prime rib burger is still a hamburger and not worth 15.00. They were raw in the middle and the fries were cold. The waitress seems only interested in serving the people in our group that were drinking alchol. there were 16 in our party and I refused dessert as I didn't want to wait another hour. would I go back again. No and I wouldn't recommend it either

great service poor food

pepperwood i will say had great servers however the food was not at par. i had a ceasar salad as an apatizer wich had to much sauce and was not crisp, i also had a newyork steak wich i wanted Pittsburgh style, the waiter asked the chef if i could have this done and i was told that the chef hadn't a clue what i was talking about- very unprofessional. I have never had a problem ordering this style of steak anywhere.I wouldnt recommend this restaurant because of the poor food.

It's hit and miss with the Pepperwood, I've been many times, sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not so great. Sometimes the servers are very friendly, sometimes they're impatient. It seems like everytime I go there they menu is completely revamped, they don't have any classics. The chicken and risotto I had about 6 months ago was fantastic. Whereas other meals I've had there were mediocre at best. The music seems to be pretty loud there so it was hard to hear my friends talk. Also they never seem to get tea right there. The water always seems to be lukewarm and you can see cloudy film when you put the teabag in. One time it took the server 3 tries to get it right. Minor problem in the grand scheme of things I guess.
