    I've been going to HQ for years. Every few months I go for a cut and dye, and I'm never disappointed. They have a lovely shop, very professional.

    Not happy

    I am very disappointed with the service I recieved. The first time I had my hair done the colour washed out and the cut was uneven, so I went back. They re-did it but the colour still wasnt what I wanted and they refused to fix it. They also burnt my scalp while blowdrying my hair and got hair dye all over my face, neck and shirt. Would NOT recommend this salon to anyone.
