Disappointing ser...
Disappointing service. Snow blower in three years in a row for exact same reason and paid each time. Last service was to be under warranty but then shop decided afterwards not to cover it. Had no choice but to pay. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone and they just got new ownership too.

We are sorry you are disappointed in the service you received. A common misconception among customers is that as an authorized dealer we cover the warranty. This is not true, we do not determine what is a warranty or not, we diagnose the issue and if the machine is still under warranty we will contact the manufacturer to see if the repair will be covered under the warranty. The manufacturer ultimately makes the final decision.
