Excellent service! I ordered online, received a phone call to confirm, and the driver arrived with my order in less than one hour. I chose this company because they accept debit. Will definitely be using them again!
About a year ago,a friend gave me this number and Ive never had a problem with the service or time of delivery...in fact I went on vacation and Ruth called me a couple weeks after to make sure I was ok. Im sorry to hear that other people have had a bad experience,but Ive had nothing but good
Horrible service... I called almost 3 hours ago and still waiting... It's past closing so I can't call and ask again.
It felt like I was waiting a year for my order.. (2-3 hours) and when I called after the first hour the man said 15-20 mins... Its been 2 full hours now and still nothing... The lady needs a serious attitude adjustment or a good dicking because you can tell she's permanent bitch mode and the only respecting people are the drivers! The times that I do get my order, the drivers are kind and apologetic when it'd not even their fault.
They took my order 3 times on various occasions, and just didn't call or show up! Terrible business

Definitely didn't deliver in an hour... Took about 2.5 hours and when I called to check the woman on the phone was not helpful or pleasant. That said, my order was correct and (eventually) delivered. The delivery man was very nice and did say they were busy (it was Saturday night, so that was probably true)...
Yeah I agree.. if I can give a 0 star I would. the lady I called was so rude. oh Brampton is close today.. the driver had an emergency... then i ask can you tell me time you cut off for future. she hung up the phone.. lady you need some customer service training. poor

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They were rude and misleading. I live on the edge of Brampton and Mississauga. (Literally I'm across the street from the border.) The Mississauga location wouldn't deliver to me because I was in Brampton. Fine, I can accept that. (However the woman on the phone was rude and snide.) Then I call the Brampton location and place my order. THEY TELL ME THEY WILL DELIVER TO ME IN 45 MINS. Then I get a call saying that they changed their mind, they won't because I'm too close to Mississauga. If I am in Brampton and you are the Brampton Location, and you say you deliver to Brampton, DELIVER TO ALL OF BRAMPTON. I wouldn't be nearly as ticked if the people I had been dealing with had been even slightly polite. They were snide, rude and basically said "Not my problem. Find a different solution."
