I always order by phone and then pick it up. It's always ready when I get there (10 minutes). The restaurant is clean, the food is hot and the counter service is fast. Anyone who has complained in the reviews below, either doesn't appreciate Chinese food, or should go back to eating at McDonalds (just a few metres away).
Good food - the surrounding area does have a number of chinese restaurants.
NOTE: This is a takeout or delivery only restaurant. There are a couple of tables at the front but it really isn't meant to be a sit-down restaurant.

Simply fantastic. The owners are nice and polite. The place is clean. The food is always freshly prepared in an area that you can see. The prices are right, and the food always tastes great.
The waitress that works at the restaurant is always extremely attentive, and the chefs are always hard at work to make fresh food that is exquisite. My family and I were at Costco, and phoned for take-out, and by the time we got there after about ten minutes, the food was already packaged and ready to go. They always greet you with a smile and they are extremely efficient. I give you all ten stars!! :)
