AWFUL!

Wouldn't honor my Dealfind voucher because I didn't book an appt. Even though they took me in right away because it's NEVER busy there. First she stalled, asking when I first got the voucher (because she was hoping she could use the 6 month expiration as her excuse for charging me). Upon finding out that it was within the 6 month expiration, she asked if I booked an appt and then said she would have to charge me because I didn't. She ended up charging me MORE for the one eyebrow wax than I paid for the Dealfind voucher for FIVE eyebrow waxes. And she was BEYOND rude about it as well. I asked if she could let it go this once and I would be sure to book an appt next time but she wouldn't budge. I paid for the eyebrow wax but I WON'T be back!
