    Amazing staff!

Staff are always courteous and kind, I have taken all of my pets here for as long as I can remember. They have never charged me for anything without letting me know ahead of time and have always helped me do what was best for my animals. Dr Kraemer and Dr Saydak are the two I see most often, they are incredibly patient, kind, understanding and take the time to explain everything. I highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone and everyone.

Between my daughters and myself, we have 2 dogs and 6 cats. We would never consider going anyplace else for animal care. The receptionists are friendly and wonderful. The technicians are the best in the business. The veterinarians take all the time in the world, treat our animals like their own, and the bills are always reasonable and well explained. Place is spotless. I recommend to everyone I meet who is looking for a vet.

    great experience

I had a wonderful experience here. The place is very clean. The girls at the front desk were incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions. The bill was reasonable. I was given a goodie bag for my new puppy, which included a big bag of puppy food. Everyone we dealt with was very welcoming and knowledgable. And very important - they didnt push anything on me. They let me know what my options were for my boy and didnt make me feel pressured. I will take all my pets there, and future pets.

Bad experience :( Won't Recommend to ANYONE!

During 1st visit, an elderly lady came in for her poodle, was told that she had 2 pay over $700 for thebill, she said did not understand why it cost so much, receptionist bullied her into paying the bill, which she did with Visa w/o getting an explination as to why the bill was for that amount. Once gone, the receptionist said loudly "Pple should NOT have pets if they can't afford them!!" My visit went well enough. 1 month later, went back to check on why our Lab was not holding down food so well. Paid $175 for check up and a test to be done, they informed me that they ran out of the testing kit, but were having it couriered over and to leave my pet there until they can do the test, it would take no more than 3 hours and would b of no additional cost. Told them that was okay, but wanted to know of any other additional costs before they did anything. (Was not wanting a large bill after my first impression of the place, and having 4 children have a monthly budget and little savings). They said they would notify me. Half an hour after I got back home (only a few minutes from clinic) they called to let me know that I owed them $400 for additional testing!!!! I said I wanted to speak to the vet because this did not seem right, vet came on and said that because the testing came back negative they did some others test and fed him some "black goop" to have him xrayed tomorrow (at an additional $150 cost!). I cried, and said I would have loved it if they kept me informed of what our options were and what steps were needed to be taken before they went ahead with them. The vet then said that I told her to "do what ever it takes" Which I clearly DID NOT DO! I would more than likely have went ahead with what they had recommended but hated that they did not keep me informed of the situation. Once I had my Lab back in my arms (he turned out to b okay that same night, was probably just being paranoid) I never returned to the clinic.
