I'd give zero stars if I could. They love charging for travel. Their guys are not knowledgeable (at least the 2 we had the displeasure of meeting) and their customer service is appalling.
Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. They emailed us the invoice after 6 months. The invoice was $730 for drain augering that wasn't done correctly. Another firm came and fixed it for $150. DO NOT SIGN THE WORK AUTHORIZATION FORM... they will rely on this to charge whatver they want. The tribunal will also rely on this so you don't have a chance.
Absolute ZERO!!! I brought a pump in to have a bearing replaced in the motor. The kid who worked on it did not know anything about the job. He did not Know right hand thread from left and as such cross threaded the housing, installed the impellers incorrectly which caused catatonic failure. Out of pocket cost to my business, $1400.00 for new pump, loss of business for 2 days. $400.00. An all I got was sorry! Of course I did not pay him.....I took my business to another supplier.
