A friend was raving about this place, so I had to try; I was blown away. They have the finest greek food, classy-looking atmosphere, and amazing staff and service. I look forward to returning many more time. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Absolutely fantastic rest. I’ve been here many times and I can’t say enough good things. Excellent food, excellent atmosphere, excellent people... definitely go.
We had a lovely dinner on a super busy Saturday night we sat outside it was lovely we had great service I enjoyed the saganaki and chicken souvlaki and lamb souvlaki and the roasted lamb was ordered as well it was all cooked quite well the only thing that could improve was the calamari but overall a terrific Ladner restaurant
The serveur was authoritarian and felt that I was under her commands. I enquired about the dishes but was told that she was vegetarian. The moussaka was salty to the extreme. I returned it and got a beef slouvaki. 20 minutes later I received the new dish. Of course my other party had ended her meal. But when I got the bill I was charged the slouvaki ($3 more) than the moussaka. And the "waitress" had the guts to tell me that they did not charged me for the moussaka. Will not return there.
Uninspiring food and downright awful service aside, the vegetarian menu at this restaurant is shameful. They offer two vegetarian options, both of which are accompanied by rice and potatoes. Upon further enquiry, I discovered that neither of these are actually vegetarian, as they are both cooked in chicken stock. I'm not vegetarian (my sister is vegan, hence the enquiry) but I find this blatant misrepresentation of the food to be disrespectful to the customer, as well as lazy. Would not return.
