The people at your kiosk in Park Royal have very poor product knowledge and bad service, especially an Asian man (I am also Asian) who acted like he was the manager, told me the feature I wanted was not included in a plan I wanted to buy. And when I pointed out on the brochure that it was actually included to him, he said whatever. He has poor product knowledge, rude and condescending to customers.
My mother had to go to them right at closing because her phone got stolen. They still made sure to help her out despite the fact that they had already closed the till. Thank you!
