i made a reservation for a 15 foot truck yesterday for today dec 5 and got a reservation code comfirming my rental and when my son got there with his girlfriend there was no truck and then would not accept cash payment and a drivers licence they wanted a passport which I think is totally insane.they came all the way down there with a 3 month old baby..whats the point in being able to reserve online if this shit is going to happen.
