WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Took over 3 hours to file my claim, the lady who did my claim had to keep calling and asking for help as she was not sure how to calculate things/how to submit. The actual return was not submitted for payment for nearly a month. Strongly advise you DO NOT go here.
