Very difficult to get appointments without sever callbacks. Manager is very defensive and hard to talk to. They seem more concerned with their own convenience than patient care. I felt treated like a nuisance rather than a patient The manager whom I was referred to, is very defensive and argumentative and would rather pass you off that try to help. Not a good model for a health care person
