When we bought the furniture from Techno (which was several years ago), we were only a small representative office.Since then, Techno is our furniture provider and helped a lot when we set up our existing office with nearly a hundred workstations. From the very reasonable pricing, prompt response and good after sale service, we are happy with what techno have done for our new office all in all. And we are sure that we will consider Techno in future projects.
Here I received the worst service ever! They keep no promise on delivery. Not responsible at all. We placed the order one month ago, and paid the deposit right away. They promised to make the delivery in two weeks, but then postponed the date for several times. When we wanted to confirm the delivery, the boss refused to answer any phone calls. The employees just kept lying that the supervisors were not in the office. However, when we dropped by their showroom, the boss was actually there! He showed no respect to customers, and even yelled at us. We just wanted to know an exact time for the delivery, but he just kept reminding us of preparing a cheque! This is the most hateful business I've ever seen. They don't care about customers! They don't know how to communicate with customers! They don't show any respect to their own brand either!
