In British Columbia’s Lower Mainland, where the appetite for fitness is matched only by the buffet of training and exercise options, Russel Favel, owner of Russel Sean Fitness, has realized that what makes his gym stand out is the way it makes you feel when you walk in.
“The facility, its atmosphere – that’s what makes our place different,” he explains. “All our trainers are very supportive, lively people. You may not know anyone when you first come in, but after a class you have 10 new friends.” At Russel Sean Fitness, the focus is on supporting clients, working with them to reach their fitness goals, and making them feel welcome and comfortable at the gym.
“It’s a very contagious feeling,” says Russel, “Because we’re so friendly, so excited about being here, everyone picks up on it and passes it along.”
