    Lift Service is great. Techs show up same day and have excellent stock in their trucks for repair. Good shop rates on larger repairs.

    Useless customer service. Showed up to pick up a lift and they refused to move an item on our trailer to make room for it. Had to go elsewhere. Don't support this company. They are ignorant.

    rude employee

    The girl who picked up the phone was nice. But the guy in the rental department I was transferred was rude and extremely abrupt. Equipment rental prices are all pretty consistent across lower mainland, so basic service over the phone is really a deciding factor for me if I should use their service in the future. Maybe they should train their grumpy employees better.
