I pre ordered my food 20 minutes in advance so I wouldn't have to wait in Boston pizza. But I have now waited over 30 minutes inside of Boston pizza

This location looks the part and I was greeted...

This location looks the part and I was greeted quickly inside the door on a busy holiday and given a table right under a drafty air outlet. Many people kept their jackets on as it was so cold in the restaurant. Then the interminable wait began. Service was appallingly slow although the "funky" waiter refilled our drink glasses 4 or 5 times. Lucky there is a good profit margin on soft drinks. The pizza tasted great when it finally arrived, but it was a long hour and a half to wait for pizza. So, no - it will be a long time before I ever go back to this restaurant.
