We have used this company for a number of years. They have been absolutely amazing from heating to plumbing to gas fitting issues. The staff is friendly and efficient and one time, even suggested a drain pan under our washer/dryer set and went to the trouble of building it custom for us. Can't say enough good about them! WE have had Ladysmith Heating and Plumbing in quite a number of times over the years. Three times it was to fix the insert gas fireplace. All 3 times the fix only lasted 2 days. The last time I told the repair man this and he still thought he could fix it in similar ways to the times before. He stayed a long time and tried everything but it still only lasted 3 days and the power was out and we were a little desperate as it was Christmas.
