I have just moved to kelowna and was highly referred to Amici's salon and spa by a few friends whom have lived in kelowna for a number of years. When I booked for a appointment for a haircut and foils I was so impressed of the professional customer service over the phone. The receptionist was very accommodating to my schedule. I have been having my hair done by Connie at Amici's for the past 2 years. Connie has a great knowledge of hair colouring and always recommends the perfect treatment to keep my hair colour fresh and consistent. I had problems with other salons turning my hair too red/orange or too dark. Connie always predicts exactly what my hair will look like after the treatment and it always looks great.
