Went in to find an obscure part but all was on back order. Instead, staff were great and offered me an alternate solution at a price I could not refuse. Terrific service.
This firm sold us a park model from a catalogue and then when the unit was delivered it was missing kitchen cabinets. After more than a year, they have failed to deliver the kitchen that we purchased. Bait and switch should be criminal!
Just bought my used travel trailer from Jubilee RV Centre. What a great selection! I was really impressed by the professional and friendly staff. The sales person was understanding what I needed and showed a selection of different units that would suit my needs. The Business Manager was super easy to deal with, and made me feel very comfortable. The fellow who walked me around the trailer when I picked it up was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, a great buying experience.
Quality service from the moment I walked on the lot, to a year after my purchase. I really enjoyed the low pressure sales environment, and the professional and thoughtful follow ups. Their service department and staff are also second to none.
I must say this is the Best RV dealership around that I have ever dealt with all the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and get what suits you best,they treat your kids great too which helps while you are looking or doing paper work whatever it may be, they are top in my eyes keep up GREAT JOB JUBILEE !! . Very nice people to start with! Sold us a park model with defective windows, said would replace them all, big joke, never replaced or repaired ant of them!
Recently dropped in to have my RV bearings and brakes checked / serviced. Was told they didn't want to do the work for me.... Quote...."We only want to work on our own stuff."
My husband and I found the rig we thought we wanted to buy at Jubilee. We drove 3-1/2 hrs to see them and discuss the purchase, but got the run around by their salesman, which I must say, was the worst I've ever encountered. He did not answer one question I had. We ended up at their competition across the street and bought our rig there. a substantial sale - Jubilee's loss!
My husband and I stopped here to talk to someone about buying a camping trailer and what would work best for us. We look young, so we every now and then we don't get taken seriously for major purchases. The two "salesmen" we're sitting in fold-out chairs outside, they didn't even stand to greet us. My husband asked what kind of options we had with our current vehicle and they just told us we couldn't tow anything. We both knew this wasn't true, so we just went elsewhere. Their loss.
I contacted jubilee for an insurance claim to replace an awning on my trailer. Due to either the incompetence or laziness of the service manager it took them just shy of a month to get me my trailer back.
After a week and a half I contacted them not having heard anything and was told by the service manager that the insurance company has not approved the claim yet. I immediately contacted insurance to get this rectified but they informed me that it was approved.I informed the service manager it has been approved, he agreed that it was sorted out and would order the parts that afternoon. A week later I contacted him again and was again told they had done nothing in two and a half weeks because insurance had not approved the claim. I had to get the insurance company to phone the service manager directly and then i phoned him every day to make sure he was doing his job until I picked up my trailer more than a week later.
Even if there was a mix up with the insurance company the service manager seemed like he would rather let my trailer rot on their lot than make a phone call to the insurance company until I forced him to. all of this cost me using my trailer on labour day weekend and more than enough frustration.
I will never use jubilee rv ever again!
