    I have been taking the gel caps for approximately 10 months, as an alternative to prescription drugs. This product has helped with my arthritis, and mobility, stress, and keeping the body calm. Being in my 70’s I would highly recommend these, to anyone wanting a natural approach to medicine.

    I started taking the gel caps about 9 months ago. I noticed subtle benefits the first month, my eyesight got a bit better and mental clarity was huge after coming off Lyrica. My sleep is so much better, maybe not longer but certainly deeper. My stress levels are minimal and anxiety is gone. The other day I realized my hip is no longer bothering me, and I'm not limping anymore, huge plus! These gels are now an added life choice. The benefits are endless!
