This review is for their property management division. They have terrible communication for both landlords and tenants. I am a landlord I have been fighting to get my monthly statements and payment. I asked my tenants for feedback about Century 21 and it was all negative. I cant fully explain everything on here all I can do is recommend landlords to use some other management company. Tenants beware of renting from Century 21, requests will go unanswered.
