I contacted them on April. 3 about an apartment, which had two pictures on there website. I asked if they had anymore pictures then the two on the website as a two bedroom apartment is a lot to rent from a picture of the kitchen and outside. They sent a link to the website I was already looking at. I sent an angry email, they sent someone out to get the pictures, revived pictures on April. 12, sent application in the same day. received email April. 16 someone else has rented the apartment.

Poor customer service on the phone and in person. Always behind on paperwork. Unprofessional office appearance.
