The food is self service pick into a bowl then have the chef boil it and put some spicy soup on top. The food area is a fridge that's not even cold or closed. It's open to air and definitely above food safety regulation temperatures. Next is the cost. We were told the cost is $3/100gram of food, reasonable....BUT they include the bowl into the weighing process. So you may take some noodle some meat, and the final cost will come from you're bowl's weight. The noodles aren't even fully cooked!!
