Their sushi bar serves an extensive list of maki, such as the Mellow Yellow roll (spicy yellowtail, cucumber and green onion) and the Eskimo roll (asparagus, cooked prawns and avocado).
With more than 40 rolls, Volcano Restaurant has a strong maki menu. It includes interesting combinations, such as papaya, cream cheese, smoked salmon and almonds (the Nut’s So Crazy roll) and asparagus, cooked prawns and avocado (the Eskimo roll). They also serve up sashimi from their sushi bar, including red tuna ahi, octopus, scallop, yellowtail, red snapper and tuna belly.
