Worst customer service I have ever seen.
Upon check in our room wasn't ready. Understandable, but clerk was very non responsive to requests to have the room rushed. Did not inform us when the room was ready even though we were in the lobby. I tried to check in when the staff changed shifts and was able to do so. There were guests drinking and partying in hallway for hours, no security, not 1.

This is a very nice place to stay. The Front desk was very courteous and the rooms were very clean. The continental breakfast was awesome and well stocked. We stayed here while looking for a house in Spruce Grove. They gave us a good deal for staying 5 nights and I recommend them to anyone who is researching places to stay. The pool is warm and the hot tub is hot, very relaxing, and even has a workout room.
