I got my truck worked on here - The staff was very friendly, prices were great and they got the job done quickly! Would Recommend and will be back for future repairs!
Great group of people, genuinely interested in the work they do. No company is going to be 100% perfect, but they certainly aim to do the best they can.
They have a big ambulance made up as a service truck - really lights up the highway at night. Were at my truck on the side of highway 2 within 30 minutes of me calling.
Staff are great, very helpful and make sure that all our trucks are taken care of quickly. Only shop that I can get to come out anytime of the night on the side of the road. Would recommend to everyone.
ETR & its people broke my trust.They gave me a verbal quote and then a written quote for the repairs I needed done and then in the end they charged me much more.There was a break-down in communication and I found out after the work was done that I would be paying about 80% more than originally quoted.In my experience, their quotes aren’t worth anything.In summation, they were slow, they over-charged, and they did not complete the work that we had agreed upon to do.I will never go there again.
I like this company! I brought my goose neck horse trailer in to get the ramp fixed and everyone was so helpful and courteous. I was asked if I had anything else I was concerned with on the trailer that they could check for me, which I was grateful because I have wondered if the bearings and brakes were okay. In the end, they gave me great service and I felt the price was fair. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!!!

We went through several companies in red deer that offer 24 hour road side assistance before coming across you. (I discovered you, in fact, by referral by one of those companies who couldn't get to my driver fast enough) In the time I have been a customer I have been continually impressed by your high level of service and genuine consideration for your customers. I would not recommend ETR they have horrible services, nothing gets done right you always have to take your truck back every time they fix something. The bill are very high. I would not take anything there unless you want bigger problems then you started with.
