Found the staff dishonest about timelines to have hearing aid cleaned. 24 hour wait time grew to 8 days! My 93 year old father cannot wait that long to be without them! They gave the impression that those who spent the most at their store got the best service.

I love my hearing aids because I now hear sounds I didn't hear before, birds singing, the telephone ringing, talking with people and hearing exactly what they are saying, instead of pretending to hear.
Dr. Devendra was extremely informative and patient with my questions, as were the receptionists, courteous and friendly. One more nice thing is the quiet and clean atmosphere in the clinic. As of now, I am extremely satisfied with my experience here. Keep up the good work! Kathy
