Horrible business practice. Found vehicle. Signed deal summary at 6.99% with after market leather package. Left $1000.00 deposit. They raised the interest rate to 9.9%. I did not agree to the higher interest rate. They installed leather without my approval. They are withholding my deposit of 1000.00 for install of the leather which I did not consent to. GMC team is collaborating stories and lying to cover up their mistake. This has caused me immense stress financially, mentally and emotionally.
