My daughter went in for a trim. Her hair was well below her shoulders and she had fully grown out her bangs. She left the salon with a baby-doll bob and short jagged bangs (think Dora the explorer). She is devastated and in tears as she is back at square one with growing out her hair and has no styling options.
Would never recommend. Stay away unless you want to loose 5-6 inches of hair without consent!
