Service was generally proficient. The job required final grading, two decorative shrub beds, several trees and concrete curbing. The trees and shrubs were healthy and aesthetically pleasing in the final product. In general the workers on-site were pleasant and well organized. They worked quickly and unobtrusively. Great customer service from River Valley Final Grading. I could touch base through email and the staff there kept me up to date on every aspect of the grading/approval/sod process. Quality of work was great as well.
We had River Valley do our final grade and some basic landscaping including sod, edging, rocks and shrubs. The quality of the work was good and their prices reasonable compared to the competition. There were a few delays, which were an inconvenience, but the overall experience was positive.
