I had a very bad experience here trying to order in a pair of boots. Even after three visits into the store, two phone calls and almost 2 months later, I still wasnt able to get an update on my order or even confirmation that my boots were even ordered. I kept getting the "I'll call the manager and will get you an update as soon as possible" but I would never hear back and I would have to call or visit the store only to be fed the same line again. Very disheartening considering I live in the same neighborhood and want to support local businesses but they make it very hard and I'm left having to order the product online.
