I wouldn't recommend going to City Orthodontics. They charged my benefits services that weren't actually given to my son and when I called to get an explanation, I was told I would receive a phone call back. I specifically asked them to call me back prior to putting in the claim. They have yet to return my phone call and they processed the claim regardless. Not impressed - will not be coming back.
I have nothing poor to say about the actual dentist himself, but as a business, I was super unimpressed that they did not submit the insurance claims in a timely fashion, even though I had very specifically mentioned that I couldn’t afford to have my deposit tied up for long. It has now been a month and a half and I’m still waiting for my deposit back.
Staff are so friendly and Dr. Saleh is really giving his best to make his work as perfect as possible..Very hands on to my son Meiji.
Dr. Saleh is a great orthodontist. He is soft spoken, patient and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients and it shows.
Dr Caldwell is very friendly and competent. Outpatient care is horrendous for any child coming out of local anesthesia. Expect to be in a tiny room no bigger than a walk-in closest with other families whose children are also coming out of surgery and screaming which will confuse and traumatize your child. Rates were also 200-300% above general practitioners fee guide. Expect to pay significant costs out of pocket after insurance.
