This store is great! While I was shopping for a swim spa at other retailers I discovered that Empress is the only hot tub store that offers "real current of water" in the Michael Phelps spa which I was able to try in the store. The staff was very informative about all of the benefits and the delivery time and cost was exceptional. Way to go ladies I love my swim spa!
these people are a waste of time I traveled from red deer because they assured me they could get my part I needed by a certain day. l came on that day back to Calgary and she told me they only have go across town to get the part but I would be better off going to Edmonton this is one of the worst run businesses I have every dealt with
We found Aqua after having horrible service from another company. I would highly recommend them. We live in Strathmore and within a day they had the problem solved.
