Preparation time 15 minutes plus 2 hours chilling
Makes 24
Here's what you'll need
- 110 g (4 oz/1/2 c) reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 small scallion (light and dark green parts only), finely chopped
- 10 g (2 tsp) chopped fresh parsley
- 0.5 g (1/8 tsp) celery salt
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (25-cm/10-in diameter)
- 75 g (3 oz) paper-thin light Jarlsberg or Swiss cheese slices
- 225 g (1 c) roasted red peppers, pressed flat with your palm
- 75 g (3 oz) paper-thin smoked turkey slices
You're to roll?
1. In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese, scallions, parsley and celery salt.
2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla to within one centimetre (1/2 inch) of the edge. Evenly layer on the Jarlsberg, roasted red peppers and turkey. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
3. Refrigerate for at least two hours or up to eight hours.
4. When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and cut each roll crosswise on a slight diagonal into six slices.
