The staff are fantastic - they care about the individual development and care of your dog, and provide you with feedback about how they are doing , and ways you can improve your 'at-home' training. They monitor the dogs and make sure that they are socially interacting and that they are comfortable with each other. Wow this store deserves a high rating not a low one. After the pet store within Metrotown closed due to the strikes, this store is a bit busier than normal but still nice. The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly and it’s worth to come in just to see the adorable animals (especially kittens) up for adoption. Proceeds from adoption go to charity too. But if you’re wanting to adopt please consider the adults cats, not just kittens who are often adopted very quickly. Read more
