Incredible service 100%. The sticky toffee pudding is TO DIE FOR. Their mussles are so good that my 10yo orders them every time we were there. Yeah, that’s right, a 10yo. The same kid who won’t even look at a pizza if it has touched pizza sauce.
During COVID, the service standard has been consistently amazing. Even with all the obstacles the food is so delicious, and now THEY DELIVER, which is so much better than pizza every night.

Went in on a Monday afternoon had their special 'Panko Fried Bass w/ fries, gravy & Coleslaw' SO good! I prefer to come here in the afternoon when it is a bit more quiet or get take out in the evening as this place start hoppin in the evenings. But man this place is one of the top Five in fergus for sure! I also recommend their Cod and Fries!

We stopped in on Friday night to grab a coffee and decided to have a piece of cake. Although the cakes are not made there they are absolutely to die for. I got the white hot chocolate which was amazing, although you did have to stir it fairly often to keep the hot chocolate mix from settling out of it.
There is a ton of interesting art work on the walls and the music is great, I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been here a few times over the past year or so, and I have to say things seem to have gotten better. Our server was super friendly, and was always right there with drinks when needed.
The menu is what you'd expect, nothing mind blowing. But unlike in the past, the wings were juicy (sure they are smaller, but at least they are not that breaded crap!) and you get great fries and the best dipping sauce around. My wife had the pizza, which is suprisingly good. Our waitress said that they've got a bunch of new cooks in the back, and it shows.
Its not where you'd go for fine dining, but for some good drinks and decent bar food, it's tough to beat.

We love The Keg and often celebrate special events there. This past Tuesday evening, we had such family celebration and had special requests to make. The staff at The Keg Waterloo not only received us but accommodated us in such a welcoming way that made the event a success! The food was above reproach as per usual but the service, outstanding! I enjoyed working at this location for several hours. No one harrassed me about using the table for so long and the food was tasty and healthy so I didn't feel like I'd overindulged. That is, until a young Williams representative approached me and gave me a free Belgian Waffle slathered in ice cream. I certainly couldn't eat the whole thing; but now I know a great idea for treating the kids the next time we're out!

We took our two daughters to the Keg this evening and the food was very good. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were all warm and everything was very flavourful. The kids menu, colouring items and special details (fruit/veg right away) made it a great family location. Our only issue was the service. We spent a lot of time waiting for the server to come check on us and the kids started getting whiny.
