I visited Swiss Chalet with low expectations. My four year old son was excited about the toys they offered so we went for a quick dinner. I was pleasently surprised. We sat with a young waitress who I unfortunatly also held low expectations for. At such a young age I doubted that she knew much...however she provided us with better service than we had recieved in a chain..maybe ever. She brought our meals promptly, was attentive, we didnt need to ask for refills, and when my son spilt on himself, she cleaned it all up and even stopped his crying. The food wasn't great, but as long as you have service like that, I would be back anytime.

It doesn’t have the best atmosphere as other places but the food is amazing. Staff friendly. I use to take out all the time and sat down a couple. Wish we weren’t in quarantine. Missing them.

The food was great, very tasty wings, a large variety of taste. The portion was fair accoring to the price. The atmosphere was excellent, very friendly staff, the waitress, I think her name Anna Lisa was outstanding, very friendly always smiling and on the ball. Always yummy as you'd expect from a Swiss chalet. It's a very busy location but certain times of the day it is easier to be seated. Waits aren't usually too long. One time they ran out of chicken! But I love this restaurant and would say its my favourite place for dining.
