I walked in on a Wednesday night around 9pm...and was the only person wearing jeans. Oops. Three of us had dinner at Red Robin on 170th Street and 100th Avenue, Edmonton. From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect by Brody. He led us to our table. The food was great. The service was excellent and we had a wonderful server, Brianna. She was helpful, attentive, pleasant and friendly. When we go back to that location We all would love to have her as a server again. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I try to avoid large chain restaurants, but places like Chili's makes it hard sometimes. Their food is generally good.
I've had several different dishes: Portobello Mushroom over Grilled Chicken, the Sirloin Steak, the Veggie Burger, and the Cajun Shrimp Appetizer. All very good. Their steak option is really good (I would choose it over the Keg because the mashed potato and vegetable sides are better). Take the 3 shrimp appetizer.. they have a special cajun spice mixed with a tangy lime taste that makes for a real great start. As for the veggie burger, it is hard to tell that it's not a real burger.
Their margaritas are good too. Sometimes you can make them a double for cheap.
One of the times it took quite a long time to get our food and the place was empty. I think the waitress had forgotten us or something and she seemed irritated that we asked her what the deal was.

This place is unique as far as burger joints go.
It's quite hip and happening.. the place is dark and has quite modern-style lighting which makes it more of a bar/lounge than a burger place. We went on a Friday or Thursday night .. there was a DJ with a mixer playing tunes, in a place that serves "fast food", how cool is that?!
The food is great, with an above average quality burger. They serve Kobe beef, selection of regular or sweet potato fries that come in a mini shopping cart, and they give you cotton candy after your meal.
Everything about this place is cool. A+ for originality. If you're just looking for a quick and typical burger with no atmosphere, you'll find Delux overpriced. If you're looking for a cool place to hangout and eat, Delux will serve you well!
