Kevin, who we dealt with today, was the best TELUS representative we have ever had!! He was totally knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, assisting us with a process in which we had several attempts at various stores in B.C. and Alberta. Spoke to the store manager, and because Otterbox is closed for replacements she brought one in from another Telus store. I have dealt with this store in the past and they are awesome to deal with.
