Nothing better than a family owned restaurant being part of |Streetsville history. Quality is wide much better and tasty than a franchise restaurant which sadly seems to be the trend.

I have not been to a Jack Astors in some years but was happy with my choice 1 week ago. Both my Husband and I had a salad to start and fish for entree. We both left there very full and satisfied. Now our server was obviously hungover and not doing the greatest job, but there was always a manager, hostess or another server to get what we needed. I was satisfied and would most definitly return.

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I had been to this location of Jack Astor's in the past, but I haven't been in a while. I was thoroughly impressed with this place! We decided to sit outside since it was a nice day. Our server came out right away and gave us our menus. She was kind and helpful when we were making our meal selections. I chose the honey garlic chicken fingers with sweet potato fries. They were very delicious! The chicken fingers came with two types of dips, and the sweet potato fries came in a small dish which was very convenient. I liked everything about this place, and would certainly be back!
