Just to let everyone know that last Sunday Sept, 18th, 2011 at around 5 PM my spouse and I were at the McDonald's (1500 bou Montarville, St Bruno). We were greeted by a very polite and smiling young lady and it did not stop there, She spoke perfect french to my spouse who is french and when she detected I was english speaking because of my accent, she spoke to me in English. She continued to give us wonderful service as if we were at a 5 star restaurant and offered us a pleasant evening afterwards. My spouse even commented that he was impressed as well. Sometimes we get discouraged with the younger generation but she was great. Our order number was 49224.

I have been going to this DQ for over 20 years. The Staff has not changed much which is always a good sign. Customer service is the best at this place,and even if we left the south Shore,we still go there and get our treats.!

J’aimerais vous faire part d’un commentaire concernant une de vos employées. Ça fait plus que 10 ans que je fréquente le McDonald’s situé au 101 Chemin Saint François Xavier à Candiac. Si je suis honnête, j’ai pas mal toujours un service moyen ou même, en bas de moyen. Mais hier soir (25 avril 2018), vers 19h00, j’ai finalement eu un service extraordinaire!
