I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. The Barrie location 7 Anne St S of Edible Arrangements deserves 10 stars ⭐️ I have ordered from them multiple times and have received excellent service. Most recently I placed a last minute order and hoped for same day delivery, even though it was the end of the day, this location found a way to make a delivery for me to a family member who just suffered the sudden loss of their furry friend and needed some cheer.
