While I ended up buying a different car from another dealer, I was very impressed by just how accommodating the salesman (Matt) and the used car Mgr (Rachad) were while we spent 2 days trying to determine if a hybrid was right for us. They allowed us to take the car over the weekend to really put it to the test. The follow up discussion & negotiation was no hassle/no stress. Had a very professional experience at Star Motors Collision. I brought my almost brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport here after they were one of my insurance company's prefered locations. I had only owned my car for about 3 weeks before someone backed into it, so I was really hoping they could make it look brand new. Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.
