I have lived in Welland for over 30 years and have never eaten here until they mentioned "Buffalo Chicken Burger" on their advertising sign out front. So we decided to stop in and try it, I must say, it is a great burger and possibly the best in the entire Niagara Region, it is reasonably priced with perfect golden fries but no one else makes a Buffalo Chicken Burger like Cheers does. My recent visit to this Kelseys was one of the best I have ever had- despite the fact I did not enjoy my meal! I ordered the thai shrimp curry bowl and the sauce and noodles werent what I expected. After eating the shrimp & veg the manager noticed I wasnt satisfied & offered to replace the meal, when I told him I was no longer hungry he comped the entire thing! Great wings, good selection of food and drinks, and good price on pitchers and beer! Service is definitely better during the day if you like table service. At night, be prepared to go up to the bar to order drinks and sometimes food. My only complaint is that the shots are expensive and they seem a little on the small side. Compared to other bars, they offer a much wider selection of food and have better deals. Service is a bit lacking, however, this is a very busy place, especially past 7pm, so servers can't come by every two minutes to see you, so keep that in mind. If you're out for a night with friends, the beach is definitely a great place to start off! Read more

Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4.
