This licensed coffee shop boasts the best chai lattes in the city, thanks to their housemade chai syrup. Available iced or hot, with soy, almond or cow’s milk, these lattes filled a hole in my heart I didn’t even know existed. And I’m not alone — with a fifth location opening in Terwillegar soon, Remedy fever has officially taken over the city. If you’re not a fan of caffeine, their Kashmiri chai lattes, made from pistachios, are just as delectable.

While it’s not somewhere you go for a quiet afternoon alone, it’s always worth stopping by to get an almond milk mocha to go, or staying to people watch.

Their coffee may actually be the smoothest I have ever tasted – even the most beginner barista can’t screw it up. It’s always easy to tell when you’re drinking a latte made from Transcend beans. A blind-folded taste test, you say? Bring it on. I’ll pass every time.
