Customer Service is TERRIBLE

We went in for supper before 7 pm and were told they wouldn't be seating anymore people - despite the fact that someone who just walked in before us was seated and there were clearly tables free. Not only did you lose a table of 7 (so $200) you've lost my business forever. Way to go Venice House!! Fantastic service!!
