Zero star builder. Nigerian community alert!!! Don’t use this builder. Once you give him money, he stops responding to calls and messages and becomes very difficult to reach. Deposit can be paid for years and nothing will be done to build. Not sure how this is allowed in Saskatoon! If you have encountered this company or Gurdeep (Gary) Pandher, report to the police now and take him to court!

Worst builder you can ever find. he will promise something else and will raise price after sometime so you don't have a way out. won't even return deposit even though YOU have paid for all expenses occurred till date. will stop answering calls as soon as you give him deposit.

You probably looked for this review because you don't really know his work quality. Let me save you time, money and stress... HE WILL make your dream house your WORST nightmare. Poor quality, poor communication, delays after delays, no accountability and untrustworthy. Yeah you read that right, just go to a builder with good reputation. Never trust this guy!
