Was offered a "guaranteed" overdraft protection in June '21. When inquiring about it, I was told nothing was on file. When the branch contacted me, they said I need to book an appointment. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I don't appreciate my time being wasted. And I certainly don't appreciate ILLEGITIMATE offers from my bank. Definately a bold strategy in inspiring confidence in your competence. sincerely, J.K.
